The Roo+ has a large storage bin underneath the seat, but it's difficult to access without taking off infant car seats. This is a common issue twin frame strollers typically have, but Joovy has an underseat baby carrier to solve this problem.
In contrast to top-scoring strollers the Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. This is a minor sacrifice for car seat compatibility and storage features, but we'd prefer to have a bit more flexibility from our strollers. Its flexibility in seating configuration is a benefit, however, as it allows parents to mount their children's infant car seats facing in opposite directions or in the same direction to better meet their requirements.

The Delta Children LX Side by Side received a top score for both weight and folded size which makes it the top value in our double umbrella stroller review. The LX Side-by-Side is an extremely light and compact stroller. It is easy to turn and push. Its short frame, with swivel wheels in the front and padded shoulder pads ensure smooth riding. The multi-position reclining seats and cup holders for parents make it comfortable for passengers.
It also comes with a large canopy that is European style that offers shade from the sun and some protection from light winds. It also comes with two storage bags, a five-point safety harness and two storage bags.
